Kurt Krueger

Kurt Krueger — Principal Consultant

Mr. Krueger has over 25 years of telecommunications and networking industry experience in such diverse areas as engineering, product specification, network design, installation, inside/outside plant implementation, sales, marketing, and business development. He has a demonstrated ability to communicate with all levels of an organization from the boardroom to the shop floor.  Krueger is recognized for creating real solutions for customer problems by bringing together technologies from across the communications spectra. He has exceptional industry experience with a keen understanding of how to incorporate technology into the clients' business strategies. He has held technical and executive positions at such prestigious companies as Ericsson, SBC, and 3Com. He has published technical papers on topics from voice processing to access network design and has been sought out to speak at industry events worldwide.

Mr. Krueger has an MBA from Lindenwood University and a BS from the University of Florida.

Jay Tracy

Jay Tracy — Principal Consultant

Mr. Tracy has over 25 years of comprehensive experience and successes in telecommunications and government business. His expertise includes telecommunication expense reduction, management of large complex projects, sales consulting, business development, contract negotiations, RFP generation, product evaluation, statement of work and specification creation, and government contract and subcontracting.

Tracy’s career began at Texas Instruments in government contracts and cost accounting. He negotiated a $40M contract that resulted in higher than expected margins to the company. Through several assignments that were focused on contract negotiations and program managements for complex technical systems, Tracy arrived at the world renowned Superconducting Supercollider Project in Texas. He managed the primary contractor, Westinghouse, who designed and manufactured the large ring magnets in a $210M contract that included a captive facility. These responsibilities included every aspect of managing Westinghouse to assure project cost containment, product design and delivery, and assuring the government funding was properly and efficiently utilized for the project. In this capacity, Tracy also provided consulting services on government contracting to a large Washington DC law firm and gave many speeches on cost principles in government contracting and Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR).

Mr. Tracy then joined Alcatel-Lucent, one of the top global manufacturers of telecom equipment. He focused on program management with profit and loss responsibilities, sales, and business development. In this role, he managed the design, development, and delivery of the markets first IP signaled Home Location Register delivering on time and 17% under budget to a very satisfied customer in a contract valued in excess of $12M. In his sales capacity, Tracy used his extensive background create solutions which positioned Alcatel-Lucent uniquely among its competition closing sales deals ranging from $1-22M. Tracy then moved on to manage global channels and distribution for for several telecom firms building new pipelines, opening new markets and increasing revenues by qualifying and training new channels for product distribution.

Mr. Tracy is uniquely qualified to provide guidance on sales strategies, business development, channel and distribution, RFP generation and evaluation, negotiations, program management, product introduction, cost containment programs, and statement of work and specification creation, and procurement management. Tracy is a seasoned veteran with track record of successes that can directly translate to your organizational success and goals.

Randy McNichols

Randolph McNichols

Mr. McNichols has over 30 years of telecommunications and networking industry experience. During that time he has worked on all sides of the industry, including manufacturer, interconnect, consultant and user. McNichols has spent the past 14 years as a consultant primarily focused on providing the correct designs and solutions that have bottom line impact not only at the time of implementation but throughout the life of the application.

Mr. McNichols worked in the Bell System with Southern Bell, AT&T and after divestiture with BellSouth Advanced Systems. From there, he has held regional and national positions with several manufacturers including Fujitsu, Toshiba, Tadiran and SRX. For the past 14 years he has run CRM Outsourcing, Inc., a consultancy in South Florida with clients nationwide. In addition to his work with PCC, Mr. McNichols serves as chief consultantfor Telecom Solutions, a South Florida consultancy.
